The Inventory Assistant will be responsible for tracking and managing inventory levels, assisting with stock organization, and ensuring accurate inventory records. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities:

- Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying contents and condition
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to company standards
- Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock records
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Organize and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
- Assist in other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
