Cava Fusi [removed], da 50 anni leader nel settore della produzione e commercializzazione di materiali inerti edili e stradali, ricerca un/una Project Manager Junior da inserire nello stabilimento di Uboldo (VA).   Le principali responsabilità di questa risorsa, che lavorerà a diretto riporto del Consigliere Delegato e del Responsabile Uffici Acquisti, sono:   - comprendere gli obiettivi dei progetti analizzando i contratti e i loro allegati, valutando eventuali opportunità o rischi in termini di tempi, costi, qualità con la maggiore tempestività possibile, durante l'iter di progetto, al fine di prevenire i rischi potenziali e sfruttare le opportunità per contenere i costi e i tempi; - assicurarsi che la comunicazione con gli stakeholder sia efficace e chiara, ovvero che tutti i membri delle squadre dei progetti siano consapevoli del proprio ruolo, dei propri obiettivi, delle proprie attività e dei tempi in cui queste ultime devono essere completate; - eseguire il project management dei progetti e dei cantieri edili collegati alla società, relativi a nuove costruzioni o ad attività di ristrutturazione;  - gestire la parte operativa degli Acquisti (pianificazione, ordini e gestione dei fornitori, negoziazioni e accordi, controllo dei costi), sotto la supervisione del responsabile di questo Ufficio.   Requisiti necessari: - Diploma in Costruzioni Ambiente e Territorio (geometra) oppure laurea triennale o magistrale in Architettura o Ingegneria civile/gestionale; - Esperienza di uno o due anni come project manager junior o simile; - Conoscenza dei principali metodi di gestione di un progetto; - Familiarità con gli strumenti e le metriche necessarie per valutare le prestazioni di un progetto; - Capacità di previsione, soprattutto al fine di identificare e minimizzare i rischi; - Capacità di supervisione, delega e sviluppo delle competenze; - Capacità di individuare e valorizzare i punti di forza degli stakeholder; - Capacità di percepire e ridurre conflitti e tensioni; - In possesso di patente B.   Benefit: auto e telefono aziendale.   Si offrono un inquadramento e una retribuzione proporzionati ai requisiti posseduti, nonché un percorso di crescita commisurato agli obiettivi raggiunti.
