The Customer Service / Data Entry Representative will provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services for our claims cordination team. Please note that this is a remote position. We will provide you with the equipment as long as you have your own high speed internet connection. Review invoices to ensure accuracy. Compile reports from systems with claims information. Brugola O.E.B. Industriale S.p.A., azienda italiana leader nella fabbricazione di viti e componenti speciali di fissaggio per il settore meccanico e motoristico, è alla ricerca di un/a Customer Claims Engineer da inserire nella sede di Lissone (MB).  La risorsa sarà inserita nella funzione Customer Claims e riporterà direttamente al Direttore della Qualità. Il suo compito sarà gestire le segnalazioni e i reclami da parte dei clienti, in stretta collaborazione con il Direttore Tecnico e le varie funzioni aziendali, e garantire l'avvio e la guida del processo di verifica e di risoluzione dei problemi. Attività principali: - Gestire le attività di contenimento (come la sospensione e la selezione del materiale sospetto); - Analizzare e identificare le cause e delle mancate detezioni tramite gli strumenti di qualità (come Pareto, 5 Why, correlazione); - Gestire le problematiche degli addebiti effettuati dai clienti; - Formalizzare l'8D report e relazionarsi con le funzioni appropriate dei clienti; - Richiedere l'attivazione delle azioni correttive e monitorare queste ultime; - Controllare gli indicatori clienti: PPM/QR number/Time to fix. Requisiti di base per candidarsi: - Laurea (ingegneria, chimica, fisica) o diploma tecnici (perito meccanico); - Quattro/cinque anni di esperienza nel settore automotive (produttori automobili o di componentistica per automobili); - Ottima conoscenza dei processi di gestione dei reclami; - Ottima conoscenza dei principali tool informatici e software dipartimentali qualità (Quarta, etc); - Inglese fluente sia scritto sia parlato; - Disponibilità a trasferte presso gli stabilimenti europei dei clienti aziendali (circa una ogni 3-6 mesi); - Sviluppate competenze di problem solving, comunicazione e sensibilità interpersonali, assertività, flessibilità, orientamento al risultato.
