La risorsa sarà inserita nella funzione Customer Claims e riporterà direttamente al Direttore della Qualità. Il suo compito sarà gestire le segnalazioni e i reclami da parte dei clienti, in stretta collaborazione con il Direttore Tecnico e le varie funzioni aziendali, e garantire l'avvio e la guida del processo di verifica e di risoluzione dei problemi.
